Our Recommended System - Indentimark
With our 10 years industry experience we recommend a code format developed in the Aerospace Industry, physically marked by dot-peening - this system is named 'Indentimark'. The code uses a 6x15 matrix to hold a unique hospital identifier and unique instrument identifier. Our dot-peening method has been tested for durability under repeated decontamination and heavy wear conditions, including reverse Osmosis rinse water and EN285 clean steam.
The Matrix Marking reader uses a camera-based system with an integral screen to give the operator live images of what the reader ‘sees’. With a simple press of a button, the reader inputs the unique instrument code into windows-compatible tracking software. |
